Payment and recieval keys
Within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation and invoice on your booking you must pay 33% of the invoice.Upon receipt of the deposit, your reservation is final. The second deposit of 33% of the invoice is due 2 months prior to arrival.
The final payment is due 2 weeks before arrival. When booking 3 months before arrival, you must pay 50% of the invoice and the final payment 2 weeks before arrival. If you book 4 weeks before arrival, you must pay the entire amount in 1 time.
On arrival at the campsite you can find us at mobil home 193 (see plan)And we will guide you to the mobile home, you will receive instructions and will pass the keys to the mobile home and to the barrier, further information will be sent via the e-mail to the final payment
Pricing
The prices and additional costs of the mobile home are listed on the Rates page. The rental rates include Gas, Water and Electricity.
Deposit
The deposit is 75, – euro per booking. When leaving the mobile home vacuum cleaned, and in the correct condition, you will be refunded the deposit within 1 week to your account. If the mobile home is not left properly, or inventory is damaged, this will be settled with the deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by telephone or e-mail. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation or cancellation note.
If canceled longer than 3 months before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rent will be charged.
If canceled for longer than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent will be charged.
If canceled for longer than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start of the rental period, 70% of the rent will be charged.
If canceled from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price will be charged.
When canceled on the day of arrival or later, the full rental price will be charged.
Changeover days
We rent weekly, midweek and weekend, the changeover days are Friday and Monday.
Change of exchange days is possible in consultation. During the high season only weekly is rented. In the high season the changeover day is on Friday.
Arrival time is between 14:00 and 18:00, after 18:00 you can call us at (+32 (0)495 50 14 32). The day of departure you must leave the mobile home before 10:00 Am.
When renting a weekend you can also leave Sundays at any time, you can do the keys in the mailbox at the mobile home number 193.
Young people
We do not rent mobile homes for young people under the age of 21, who travel without guidance.
Pets
Maximum 2 dogs are allowed, the additional costs are 5, – euro per dog per night. The location of the mobile home is enclosed by a fence.
Occupation
It is not permitted without consulting the lessor to stay with more people as indicated in the invoice. It is not allowed to smoke in the mobile homes.
Mobile home
The mobile home is suitable for up to 6 people, with toilet and shower, hot and cold running water, kitchen equipment, TV and garden furniture.
On the beds are 1 person duvets with pillows. You can rent sheets for 8, – per package, the package consists of underlays, pillowcases and duvet covers.
At the mobile home, a maximum of 1 car can be parked at the designated parking area, the second car can be parked in the parking lot outside the camping lot.
The mobile home is located camping Linda, Oostelijke Kanaalweg 4, 4424NC te Wemeldinge.
Liability
Tenant and members of the tenant’s party are on their own risk in and around the mobile home. The owner is not liable for injury or damage in any form possible.
The tenant is liable for honoring all their duties that sprout from their reservation and stay, Both from themselves, of all indicated people and the guests.
